Personal data
We collect your First and last name, and Email address when you send us a message (or reservation request) using form on “Contact Pansion”,
If you send us a reservation request for our accommodation unit we will collect your First and last name, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit card number and Credit/Debit card expiration month and year. We use that data so we can contact you back and/or charge you if the cancellation is within 7 days before the arrival.
How long and where do we keep your personal data
We keep your personal data until we delete your message (undefined amount of time), on our email server and on our website server. Our servers are located in Roubaix, France.
You can request that we delete all of your data at any given time at info@tudic.hr.
Log files
We follow a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics.
